Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 C (500 ml) mixed veggies, your choice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) or Vegetable Seasoning
  • 4 C (1 L) mixed greens
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared

Preparation


 
  • Steam veggies in a Rectangular Steamer until tender crisp, for 2–3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with Seasoning and cookfor 1 more minute.
  • Toss with mixed greens and prepared dressing, serve.
