Ingredients
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 12 lbs (775 g)
fresh spinach, trimmed and washed
2
tomatoes, cut in thin wedges
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar

Preparation
  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, spinach and Roasted Garlic. Stir well and cook until spinach is wilted and soft.
  2. Remove pan from heat. Stir in tomato wedges, balsamic vinegar, Salt and Pepper. Serve immediately.
