Ingredients
1 cup
baby carrots, sliced lengthwise
14 cup
water
3 tbsp
butter
2 tbsp
whipping cream
14 tsp
cardamom seeds
1 lb (450 g)
frozen baby peas
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Bring water to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and cook carrots for 2 minutes. Add butter, whipping cream and cardamom seeds and gently heat until bubbling and fragrant.
  2. Add frozen peas and cook until peas are heated through and lightly coated with cream mixture. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper and serve.
