2% plain Greek yogurt or kefir

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine spinach, mango, banana, yogurt, water and protein blend until smooth, about 30 sec.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy!
Tips

Use coconut-based yogurt alternative to make it dairy-free and vegan.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 slice whole grain bread and 2 tsp nut butter.
