Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings (8 cups)
  • 4 zucchini, cut into 3"-long rounds
  • 6 C (1,5 L) Chicken Broth, prepared
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Preparation


 
  • Microwave:
    - Turn the zucchini into spirals with the Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer. - Set aside.
    - Combine remaining ingredients in a Multipurpose Steamer.
    - Microwave with lid on for 8 min on high.
    - Carefully remove from microwave, stir in zucchini noodles, and serve.
  • Stovetop:
    - Turn the zucchini into spirals with the Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer. Set aside.
    - Place the remaining ingredients in an Multipurpose Pot - 12 C and bring to a boil.
    - Reduce to a simmer for 10–12 minutes.
    - Stir in zucchini noodles and serve.
