Ingredients


Makes: 4 - 6 servings
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Guacamole Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) lime juice
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
  • 4-6 C (1-1 1/2 L) Romaine lettuce, torn or cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) toasted pepitas (Mexican pumpkin seeds)

Preparation


 
  • In a mixing bowl, using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk first 6 vinaigrette ingredients.
  • Place lettuce and pepitas in a large serving bowl,and toss to coat with vinaigrette.
