Ingredients


Makes 8 servings
  • 2 C (500 ml) Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 C (500 ml) cottage cheese
  • 1 C (250 ml) light sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 — 9” prepared pie shell
  • 1/3 C (60 ml) grated partly-skimmed mozzarella

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Spread evenly in bottom of 9" (23 cm) pie shell. Top with mozzarella and then rough up with a fork to form peaks for browning. Bake for about 45–55 minutes, until hot.
