  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C and melt over medium-low heat.
  • Sprinkle chicken with Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Place in baking dish and brush with half the sauce. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, brushing chicken with remaining sauce after about 20 minutes.
  • Tip: Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
