1⁄2 lb (225 g) lean ground beef
1⁄2 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
1⁄2 cup shredded lettuce
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a fry pan, brown beef over medium-high heat
- Drain excess fat, add Fajita Seasoning, and place in an oven-safe dish.
- Layer salsa and guacamole over beef and top with cheese.
- Bake with lid off for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Top with lettuce and serve.
