1 pkg Pulled Chicken Seasoning
1 cup ketchup
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1⁄4 cup brown sugar
3 lbs (1.5 kg) boneless, skinless chicken
- In a slow cooker, combine seasoning with ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
- With two forks, pull chicken into shreds. Stir into sauce.
Serve on tacos, nachos, baked potatoes, beans and rice, or pizza.
