Ingredients


Makes: 1 cocktail
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Havana Club white rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) white cranberry juice
  • 3 fresh whole mint leaves
  • Ice cubes, to fill shaker

Preparation


 
  • Pour first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves.
  • Fill shaker with ice and shake well for 8–10 seconds.
  • Strain into a martini glass and serve.

Tip


 

Serving Suggestion: Garnish with a mint leaf.
